摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp a print state for every identification information with ease by classifying and managing the print state separately for a plurality of transmitted identification information. SOLUTION: A PC 102 of the system is provided with an HD which preliminarily stores user IDs, project IDs for identifying users and stores a total number of print sheets at a digital composite machine 107 for every ID, a CPU which analyzes identification information transmitted from either of apparatuses included in a PC 101 and the digital composite machine 107 and judges whether or not a printing process at the digital composite machine 107 is permitted, a network interface for transmitting the judgment result of the judging means to the either apparatus, and a CPU for controlling to update the total number of print sheets stored in the HD on the basis of a plurality of identification information and a print number of sheets transmitted from the digital composite machine 107.
