摘要:PURPOSE:To provide a heater control device for air/fuel ratio sensors capable of reducing power consumption of heaters and avoiding the fail of the sensors. CONSTITUTION:A heater control device is provided with air/fuel ratio sensors 29 and 30 with sensor overheating heater 31 and 32, a heater control means 26 to control the heaters, and an air/fuel ratio control means 26 to control a target air/fuel ratio (A/F)OBJ based on air/fuel ratio A/F information when an exhaust line temperature Ext is over an air/fuel ratio feedback start temperature FBt, and sets a heater drive set temperature Wt at or below an air/fuel ratio feedback start temperature. Then, when the heater control means 26 operates the heaters when the engine temperature Wt (Et) has been detected to be over a set temperature Wts1 and an engine speed Ne has been detected to be below a set value Ns3.
