摘要：<p>The rotary-piston compressor is of the epitrochoidal type, having two side-pieces and a housing forming a double-curved track, through which an eccentric shaft extends. On the eccentric of the shaft is mounted a triangular piston, whose corners bear permanently against the track, turning with a velocity ratio of 3:2. Seen in the direction of rotation each zone of the track near the shaft is preceded by a valve-controlled outlet and followed by an inlet. Seen in the direction of rotation of the piston (8), a further controllable outlet (28) is provided in the track (4), and operated dependent on the position of the next radial sealing strip (9) in its working chamber (26) at a point other than the narrowest part of the latter, when pressure in this chamber is equal to that in the next one (25) following it.</p>
