摘要:本发明涉及一种无极灯道路灯具,包括无极灯泡,灯体,灯体的上部装有铝板,铝板上安装有电器部件,灯具还包括上盖,灯罩,上盖与灯体的上部相连,灯罩与灯体下部相连接,灯罩的内侧设有固定光源的散热结构,无极灯泡安装在散热结构上,本发明结构简单,便于安装拆卸和人工操作,光学内腔空间较大,足以放置大功率的无极灯灯泡,最大程度的匹配了无极灯光源及其安装的结构。

主权项:一种无极灯道路灯具,其由上盖(1)、安装路灯灯臂的紧固件(2)、无极灯泡(3)、灯罩(4)、电器部件(5)、灯体(6)、散热结构(7)、两个扣环(8)、灯臂安装口(9)、上盖固定孔(10)、铝板(11)、反射罩(12)、螺丝与垫片(13)、防松垫片(14)、以及活动铰链(15)组成,所述灯体(6)的上部装有铝板(11),铝板(11)上安装有电器部件(5),所述电器部件(5)为镇流器,所述灯具还包括上盖(1),灯罩(4),上盖(1)与灯体(6)的上部相连,灯罩(4)与灯体(6)下部相连接,所述灯罩(4)的内侧设有固定光源的散热结构(7),所述无极灯泡(3)安装在散热结构(7)上;所述灯体(6)为一倒置的碗状;所述上盖(1)与灯体(6)的连接方式是在上盖(1)上设置一个固定孔(10),利用螺丝与垫片通过上盖固定孔(10)将上盖(1)与灯体(6)的上部相连接;所述灯罩(4)与灯体(6)下部相连接,灯罩(4)在安装有散热结构(7)的一端的两侧对称设有两个扣环(8),在另外一端设有一活动铰链(15),通过活动铰链(15)与灯体(6)连接来转动,通过螺丝与防松垫片(14)将两个扣环(8)固定在灯体(6)上;整个灯罩(4)通过灯罩(4)外侧的所述扣环(8)与灯体固定,再用螺丝与防松垫片(14)拧紧即可;所述上盖(1)上还设有一个灯臂安装口(9),在铝板(11)上设有安装灯臂的紧固件(2),灯臂通过灯臂安装口(9)以及安装灯臂的紧固件(2)固定;上述灯体(6)的内腔设有反射罩(12),反射罩(12)通过螺丝与垫片(13)固定在灯体(6)的内腔。
