摘要:本发明涉及一种冷暖空调房室内外换气用的节能换气机,它包括机壳(10)、换热芯(30)、空气交换装置(40)和电控部件(50),机壳(10)壁上设有与室外相通的新风口(11)和排风口(14)、与室内相通的送风口(12)和回风口(13);空气交换装置(40)使从新风口进入的新风和从回风口进入的污风交替地从相反方向透过换热芯的各部分交换热量后从送风口送入室内、从排风口排出室外。其特征在于:换热芯是用纤维材料制成的空气过滤棉,其中含有相变温度在空调房室内温度和室外温度之间相变物质,相变物质为相变盐或相变高聚物,用充填法或浸轧法、微胶囊混纺法、微胶囊喷胶法添加到纤维材料中去。本发明具有换热效率高,成本低,易清洗,使用寿命长,能净化空气的优点,所以能广泛应用于各类建筑物中,为环保节能事业提供一种理想的节能换气设备。

主权项:一种节能换气机,用于建筑物室内外换气,包括机壳(10)、置于机壳内的换热芯(30)、空气交换装置(40)和电控部件(50),机壳(10)壁上设有与室外相通的新风口(11)和排风口(14)、与室内相通的送风口(12)和回风口(13);室外新风从新风口进入,透过换热芯后从送风口送入室内,形成新风流,室内污风从回风口进入,从相反方向透过换热芯后从排风口排出室外,形成污风流;所述空气交换装置(40)使新风流和污风流交替地从相反方向透过换热芯(30)的各部分,所述换热芯(30)是用表面积率高、气阻小的多孔透气材料制成的,它在与新风和污风的交替接触中交替地从较高热焓的空气吸热和向较低热焓的空气放热,实现热量从较高热焓的空气向较低热焓的空气的传递;其特征在于:所述换热芯(30)的透气材料中含有相变物质,所述相变物质在室温下吸热或放热时能发生可逆的固-液相的转变。
