摘要:PURPOSE:To obtain quickly the diffraction image of a high sensitivity by using the detection output passed through the slit of the diffraction X-rays as the luminance modulaton input of the TV display which gives the scanning in synchronization with the primary X-ray beam. CONSTITUTION:Vibrating X-ray beam 1 is projected to plate-type material 2 such as the metal foil or the like with the route of beam 1 secured long enough, and the secondary X-ray source formed by scattering of the primary X-ray beam gives scanning on material 2. This scattered secondary X-rays scatter almost equally in any direction, and thus nearby small sample 5 can be irradiated with the secondary X- ray beam 4 scanned by sufficiently large angle variation. In this case, thick and small stopper 3 is provided between sample 5 and material 2 so that both the primary and secondary X-ray beams may not pass through directly slits 6 and 7 to enter detector 9. The output of detector 9 of diffraction X-ray 8 is supplied to pulse height analyzer 11 via amplifier 10 and then classified into three types according to the energy to be then displayed on TV display unit 12. In such way, a high-sensitivity diffraction image can be obtained quickly.
